By downloading or using Super Downloads ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service, which also constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the App. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Super Downloads grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial license to install and use the App. The free tier allows 5 downloads per day. The Pro license is granted to a single user (1 user) and may be activated on up to 3 devices owned or controlled by that user. The license may not be shared, resold, sublicensed, or used to provide downloading services to third parties.
Super Downloads is a tool for saving video for your offline editing workflow. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you will only download content that is: (a) your own content; (b) content you hold a license or explicit permission for; (c) Creative Commons or otherwise openly licensed material, in accordance with its license terms; (d) public domain content; or (e) content you are otherwise legally authorized to download. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.
The App does not and will not circumvent Digital Rights Management (DRM), encryption, or other technical access controls, and does not access content that is not already accessible to you. You agree not to use, modify, or combine the App to attempt any such circumvention.
Super Downloads does not host, store, or distribute any third-party content. The App is a tool that facilitates downloading from publicly accessible URLs. We do not claim ownership of any content you download. See our Copyright & Abuse Policy.
Third-party platforms (such as YouTube, TikTok, Vimeo, Instagram, Facebook, X, or LinkedIn) have their own terms of service. Compliance with those terms is solely your responsibility. Super Downloads is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these platforms.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Super Downloads and its operator from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the App in violation of these Terms, including any infringing or unauthorized downloading of content.
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that all URLs or platforms will work at all times, as third-party services may change their systems.
Pro license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact support@superdownloads.app to request a refund.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Super Downloads shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain and applicable European Union law. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Spain, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
